Notice is hereby given, the 74th Annual General Meeting 2019-20 of the Mornington Yacht Club will be held, due to COVID-19 Government restrictions, via the electronic medium of Zoom on:

8. Election of Office Bearers and Committee for Season 2020 – 2021 (Should a poll be necessary for the  election of Office Bearers and Committee, proxies will be counted provided that the rules as to voting by proxy are observed)

Please Note:
Due to the meeting being held via Zoom with limited numbers, only Senior, Senior Concession, Senior Family, Senior Family Concession & Honorary Life members who are financial for the  2020-2021 season are invited to attend.

Members wishing to attend the meeting are requested to register attendance via the office  [email protected] or by calling 03 5975 7001.

A Zoom meeting invite will be provided to members registered to attend  prior to the meeting.
