Website linking and Multimedia usage Policy
The Mornington Yacht Club (MYC) policy for web-linking is that only the full site URL or a full page URL from the site may be used. Content is not to be modified (including cropping of images etc) or have any logos or names removed. This policy applies equally to the morningtonyc.net.au and morningtonyc.com.au domains.
Any other types of usage requires specific written authorisation from MYC and shall also conform to the following conditions as a minimum.
Prior written authorisation is required for use of any form of media from the MYC site including, but not limited to, copy, data, motion picture, audio and photographs. If authorised, in all instances, full credit must be given to the Author, MYC and any associated third party deemed necessary by MYC.
For linking to the MYC WeatherCam, only the full page URL may be used. Please note that pointing directly to any object(s) on the MYC WeatherCam page such as one or more of the camera image URLs is prohibited. Nothing is to be modified, nor is anything to be added or removed or extracted for use from this page. Any links, data, widgets including but not limited to images shall not be used for commercial purposes of any kind without written authorisation.
Proof of authorisation must be supplied upon request by any officer of the Club.
