Saturday saw a great fleet head off to Williamstown for our long distance 'Destination Williamstown' event. The day got going with precious little breeze and it was a good couple of hours before the fleet started to get out of sight of the Club!
Upon arrival in Williamstown, crews were treated to great hospitality up at the Hobsons Bay Yacht Club. Most boats stayed overnight and returned home on Sunday in a light Northerly. Thanks to our welcoming hosts, Hobsons Bay Yacht Club!
While the Div1, 2 and 3 boats were away, the Etchells and Fifteens were out to play. These fleets raced three heats of their Club Champs and had fantastic conditions - which did get a little tricky near the end of the day and kept the race crew on their toes!
