GOSS has been running once a month since November and we have had some fantastic days. The program has introduced women to our sport of sailing and to our club.
I have 2 scheduled days left and would love some support for this program.
. Wednesday 8th March (Int. Womens Day)
. Thursday 18th March.
We run from 10am to 1pm and I need some assistance with any boats available for sailing on these days at this time. We rotate the GOSS girls through the boats for the morning and teach them the basics whilst out on the water – trimming sails, steering, parts of a boat etc.
It is a very enjoyable day, promoting our sport, our club and encouraging women to pursue sailing.
