Applied First Aid - Limit of 10 spots

Wednesday 9th & 16th (6pm to 10pm)

• Includes First Aid training, CPR and Defibulator
• 3 year accreditation
• First aid manual
• Online component and 2 evenings at Yacht Club

TO REGISTER YOU NEED TO:

1. create a USI
2. Complete the registration and email to MIchelle Pickford at MYC. [email protected]
3. Make payment to the club.  
   Invoice will be sent on receipt of registration.
4. Online information will be forwarded to you and will need to be completed by Monday 7th of November.

USI

As this Nationally accredited training you will be required to get a USI (Unique Studetnt Identifier).
This is a simple process done online.  Once you have your USI you can complete the enrolment.
