MYC Club Racing - Online Entry System
Introduction:
To be able to enter any MYC races, all MYC members and Visitors must hold a valid SailSys account.
During the entry process you will:
  • Select which series' or individual races MYC has on offer that you wish to enter.
  • Add a boat to your account (if you've not already done so).
  • Submit mandatory compliance items - Insurance policy and AS number (these may be submitted at any time prior to commencement of racing).
  • Pay race entry fees as required (Non-members only).
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions of Entry.

** Note to KB & TR entrants: if you intend to compete on Thursdays and Saturdays, you must enter each event separately.
Whilst both these events form part of the overall season, they are completely different from each other - hence a second entry is required.

  • MYC Season 2024/25 Keelboat & Trailable Race Entry:

Event 1: Saturday Racing: Div 1 & 2 Keelboat and Trailable Aggregate series, Club Championship series, Long distance series and Trophy races.
Event 2: Thursday Racing: Twilight series.

Use this tool to find your AMS rating and certificate status. Remember, it must be current to get results.

  • MYC Season 2024/25 OTB Race Entry:

Event 1: Sunday Racing: OTB and Optimist Aggregate series, Club Championship series and Trophy races.
For OTB fleets only: U18s, parents/guardians please create a SailSys account in your name, and make sure the skipper for your entry is in "display name" field. If entering a crew member for this boat, make their name is also added in "display name" field for this boat.
