SailPass Membership - Come along for *6 FREE sails!!!
Like all sporting clubs, there are fees associated with being part of the Club, using its facilities and competing. At MYC we make it easy and affordable for potential new members to try out sailing and our facilities without having to join the club immediately.
The Club provides a Sail Pass Membership at a minimal cost that enables guests to sail at the club and then to use the clubhouse facilities after the race. This can be used up to 12 times before joining the Club. The cost accrued by purchasing the Sail Pass will go towards the membership fee of becoming a Member.

How the SailPass Membership works
For Non Members:
Thursday, Saturday, Sunday & Long Distance Sailing
After 12 passes have been used, the requirement is to apply for membership with the cost accrued of the Sail Pass going towards the membership fee - $420 for a crew.
Skippers must ensure their guests register and purchase a Sail Pass prior to the sailing event. For Thursday Twilight Sailing please report to the office by 5pm if you require an introduction to a skipper. Please check with the office for Sundays as they do not run weekly.

Why it is important for guests to be registered as a SailPass Member
If MYC has no record of guests being out on the water on that day this will make life very difficult in the event of an emergency – in addition they will have NO PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE COVER.
