"JimmyRum is Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery, focused on showing you just how good Australian rum can be. Rum has picked up a few misconceptions over the years, and we’re here to shift that with distinctive, carefully crafted Australian rums that show its true range and character.
You’ll find us in Dromana, at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. Our distillery, cocktail bar and kitchen sit right in the middle of a working production space—an easy, welcoming spot for locals, visitors, and crews fresh off the water. Settle in for a tasting, a well-made cocktail, or a relaxed meal from our seasonal menu, built around simple, flavour-forward dishes that pair naturally with good rum. Families and dogs (outside) are welcome.
If you’re curious about rum, keen for a good feed, or just looking for a comfortable place to unwind on the Peninsula, we’d be glad to look after you.
On a side note, as a long-time member of MYC and still a bloody keen sailor, I’m looking forward being a sponsor of the Saturday aggregate series and hopefully popping in for a sail or two.
