Last Thursday saw the biggest turnout we’ve had at an AGM in many years — there’s nothing like an election to spur on some interest around the Club!
Thank you to my family and friends and all members that showed their support in my running for the position of Commodore.
A special thanks goes to Andrew Young for the tireless effort he has put into the club over the last 3 years as Commodore. We have seen many changes and enhancements to our facilities in this time, and with the Club's loan now almost paid off we can look forward to further improvements - both around the club and on the water.
While I might have much bigger shoes than Andrew, the ones he's left behind will be hard to fill.
